The new Labour Government in South Australia is carrying out to the letter its policy of equal rights for Aborigines. South Australian Aborigines have been able to keep two dogs without registering them. But this little racial perquisite is to go, under new legislation: and they will have to register their dogs from next year.—Adelaide, September 14.
