I, William Henry Scrimgeour, Returning Officer for the Combined District of the Counties of Heathcote, Mount Herbert, Chatham Islands, Akaroa. Wairewa, Halswell and the Borough of Lyttelton, hereby give notice that an election will be held on Saturday, the 9th day of October, 1965. to elect one member to represent the said Combined District on the North Canterbury Hospital Board. Nomination of Candidates must be delivered to me or addressed to me at the Heathcote County Council Offices, 12 Whersteade road, Cashmere. Christchurch, and delivered at that address at any time after the date hereof and before NOON on Friday, the 17th day of September, 1965.
