Land Bought At Aranui
Early Brothers Dental and Surgical Supplies of Christchurch has made a private placement of 18,500 fully paid 4s shares, each with a 9s premium.
The issue was for the purchase of about 3i acres of land at Aranui. A factory, initially of about 5000 sq. ft., will be built to manufacture pre-packed, sterilise disposable surgical and hospital appliances, and should begin production about April or May.
Directors recommend a steady interim dividend of 5 per cent on ordinary shares, payable September 24 and ex dividend September 16.
