CLAIM FOR MARGINS
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Sept. 1. The president of the Federation of Labour (Mr T. E. Skinner) said today that a claim his federation was bringing before the Arbitration Court on Tuesday was concerned solely with the question of margins for skill.
There was no claim for a general wage pronouncement.
