IN Z. Press Assn — Copyright) WASHINGTON, August 12. The Holy Office in Rome has notified bishops they may allow celebration of a nuptial mass at marriages of Roman Catholics. to nonCatholics. Bishops will decide whether the change will be effected in individual dioceses. The Holy Office also granted bishops permission to allow non-Catholic clergymen to give a sermon, prayer or blessing in the house of one of the marriage partners after the wedding, but not in the church.
