Collection Planned An invitation to attend the laying of the foundation stone for the new Templeton Chapel was received at the August meeting of the executive of the Canterbury Federation of Country Women’s Institutes. MacLachlan reported on the recent annual Dominion council meeting of C.W.I. at Tauranga, and said that Mrs L. M. Kelaway, the executive’s immediate past president, had been awarded a gold honours badge. The Glentunnel Institute was host to a school on meeting procedures attended by officers of the Canterbury Federation of Country Women’s Institutes.
