NEW DIESEL ENGINE
(N.Z.P A -Reuter— Copyright! LONDON, Aug. 5. A British firm has claimed a major break-through in diesel engine design with a revolutionary model—already in production—weighing onefifth of comparable rivals. A spokesman for the firm, Ruston and Hornsby, said: “We know of nothing like it. The French have produced an engine but it is not as light or compact as ours."
