FIRST DC8 TAKE-OFF
(N Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, Aug. 5. Air New Zealand's DCB jet had more than 2500 feet of runway to spare when it made its first take-off from Auckland International Airport this morning. The big airliner carried a full load of nearly 130 Air New Zealand staff, but not the big quantity of fuel and luggage needed on a commercial haul.
