Orion Aircraft From U.S. (N.Z. Pr«»» A«sociotion) AUCKLAND, July 23. Two United States Ait Force Orion aircraft will arrive at Hobsonville on Sun* day. They will be based at Hobsonville for a week during a big maritime exercise which will start on Monday. New Zealand airmen will be able to familiarise themselves with the equipment they will |be using when the R.N.Z.A.F. Orions arrive next year. A Sundferland flying-boat will also arrive at the weekend from Lauthala Bay to join the exercise With two HobsonviMe-based Sunderlands. The R.N.Z.A.F. Vampire jets will also take part as the strike-force in the exercise around the British submarine, Taciturn. The Navy will send the frigates Otago and Taranaki, the fleet auxiliary, Tui, and four fisheries protection launches.
