Unfit For Trial

(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, July 22. Ante Grbic, aged about 35. who was charged with murdering his wife, Marina, at Tokatoka, was found unfit to stand trial when he appeared before Mr H. Jenner Wily, S.M., at Oakley Hospital today. The Magistrate made an order to detain Grbic under section 32 of the Mental Health Act until the pleasure of the Minister of Health is known. The bodies of Mrs Grbic, aged about 34, her daughter, Leninka, aged about 12 months, and her father, Tony Pechar, aged about 76, were found with stab wounds in a cottage. Tokatoka is 11 miles south of Dargaville.
