Frogmen Find Submarine
(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) LOCARNO, (Switzerland), July 20. Frogmen yesterday reported finding a midget submarine that disappeared in Lake Lugano with an engineer and a cameraman abroad last January 17. Workmen will try to recover the vessel, which the frogmen said lay undamaged but covered with a seaweed substance. The submarine was built by a West German firm which had hoped to use it as a tqurist attraction in the lake.
