Trust Planning Motel
(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND. July 21. The Mount Wellington Licensing Trust plans to build a £200,000 motel if the Licensing Control Commission grants a liquor licence. It will be built on a sevenacre site bordering the Panmure basin, and will include a licensed restaurant, conference rooms to seat 180, and accommodation for 175.
