Song Writer Dead
(N Z P.A. -Reuter— Copyright) HOLLYWOOD. July 20. Ted Snyder, who wrote “The Sheikh of Araby," “Who’s Sorry Now?” and other popular song hits for stars like Al Jolson, Sophie Tucker and Lillian Russell, died in Hollywood last Friday after undergoing surgery, friends reported today. He was 84.
