WEATHER EASES

N.S.W. Flood Warnings (N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) SYDNEY, July 21. As the situation at Lismore on the far north coast of New South Wales, caused by the flooding of the Richmond river, eased today the weather bureau issued “moderate” Hood warnings for- the Macleay, Clarence and Bellinger river systems, farther south. More rain was forecast for most of the New South Wales coastal area. The anti-cyclone, which caused gale winds, heavy rains and floodings in New South Wales and lower Queensland, was moving south along the New South Wales coast, having travelled 1000 miles in a figure “U”' movement since it brought snow to the Blue Mountains last weekend. The effects of the anti-cy-clone are being felt as far east as Lord Howe Island.
