LETTERS TO THE EDITOR
(1) Letters sent to the Editor for printing should prefer ably be typed, otherwise they must be written in ink on one side of the paper only. A legible signature and full address are re quired whether these are to be published or not A P.O box number is. not a sufficient address (2) Writers must say clearly whether or not their letters are being or have been sent to other papers (3) The Editor cannot return or keep any letter which for any reason, is unsuitable for printing: nor can he ac knowledge unsuitable letters although this will be done where it seems to be need ful, or enter into any cor respondence <4) Letters must not be of more than 150 words.
Adam.—You may advocate reform of the licensing laws but not defiance of them. Rugby or Fight.—We have no space for. such a discussion here. D. F. Lorking.—See reply yesterday to Malcolm McNeill and K. M. Elite. Seen The Light.—You exceeded 150 words and omitted your name. Varian J. Wilson.—Taken up with the staff members concerned. The imputations are unwarranted. E. —We have no space to discuss the merits of television or radio programmes. The N.Z.B.C. would be interested in your views. An Underpaid Superannuitant.— No space for another discussioun just now. The news columns, of course, are open to your association’s statements.
