Choir Recital In Cathedral
The Cathedral Choir will give a lunch-hour recital in the Cathedral on Friday beginning at 1.10 p.m. The programme will include works by Brahms, Mendelssohn, the traditional Irish anthem. “St. Patrick’s Breastplate,” Herbert Howells, Byrd and Vittoria. A collection will be taken for the Harmonic Society’s fund for their participation at the Commonwealth Festival in England later this year.
