(X Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, July 19. New appointments for two senior officers of the Royal New Zealand Air Force have been announced. Group Captain A. F. Tucker, of Wellington, has been appointed Director of Operations, after having been deputy director since January, 1964. Group Captain S. M. Hope, of D’Urville Island, who has been director of operations since 1963. has been appointed Officer Commanding Strike Wing (designate) at Ohakea. He is expected to assume his new duties in September.
