POSTPONED VISITS

(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) LONDON, July 20. The Prime Minister. Mr Wilson, has postponed plans to visit India. Pakistan and Malaysia this year. British officials said last night. He was originally expected to make the tour in September but will now go early next year instead, because of the pressure of Parliamentary and other work. Mr Wilson met the leaders of the three nations only last month at the Commonwealth Prime Ministers’ Conference. The officials said the Southeast Asian tour would be kept separate from the visit to Australia and New Zealand, which Mr Wilson is already scheduled to make in 1966. This will avoid Mr Wilson being absent from Britain for too long a period.
