HANOI VISIT
GV Z P.A.-Reuter —Copyright! LONDON, July 20. Ghana’s High Commissioner in London, Mr Kwesi Armah, will leave today by air for Hanoi, it was stated at the High Commission in London. British officials said last week that President Ho Chi Minh, of North Vietnam, was inviting President Kwame Nkrumah, of Ghana, to pay a personal visit to Hanoi—or to send a special envoy.
