“Dangers Of Democracy”
Sir, This discussion started with Selwyn Toogood’s indictment of the effect of caucus decisions on our system of democracy . In spite of all Mr Varian J. Wilson’s attempts to beg the issue, he is still left with the proposition that the calamitous state of world affairs is mute evidence that democracy or dictatorship is not working for the common people anywhere.—Yours, etc., W. B. BRAY. Leeston, July 20, 1965.
