Harlech Shows Top Form At Trentham

Princess Taiaria and Harlech, winners of two of the major races on the first day of the Wellington winter meeting, sprinted keenly on an inside grass track at Trentham yesterday morning. The hurdler Harlech appeared to be going just as well as the Whyte Handicap winner after running half a mile in 53 4-5. the final three furlongs in 39 2-5.
