A.B. Con. Bid Unconditional
A.B. Consolidated, Christ-church-based biscuit choco-
late and confectionery manufacturer, has now declared its take-over offer for M.C.P. of Dunedin unconditional. Acceptances received from M.C.P. shareholders exceed 90 per cent, the chairman of A.B. Consolidated (Mr T. W. : Perry) announced yesterday.
