ELECTION NOTICE NOTICE is hereby given that nominations for the Electoral Committee of United Wheatgrowers (N.Z.), Ltd., will be received at the Office of the Company, 255 Madras street, Christchurch, up to 4 o’clock p.m. on Monday. August 2, 1965. Nominations are required to fill vacancies on the Electoral Committee in the various districts as follows: Members North Island .. 1 Marlborough .. 1 North Canterbury .. 6 Mid-Canterbury .. 6 South Canterbury .. 6 North Otago . 2 Otago 1 Southland .. 1 In the event of more nominations that required being received for any particular district, It ■ will be necessary to hold an election by postal ballot closing on Monday, September 13. 1965. The retiring members are eligible and offer themselves for re-election. Nomination forms may be obtained on application to the Returning Officer. United Wheatgrowers (N.Z.), Ltd., P O. Box 1483, Christchurch, or from the Provincial Offices of Federated Farmers of N.Z. (Inc.). No person shall be eligible for election as a member of the Electoral Committee for any particular district unless he Is a grower of wheat as defined in the Articles of Association and has been nominated In writing by at least two other growers residing in such Electoral District and has accepted nomination In writing.
