IMPROVED A-BOMB
France Begins Manufacture (N.Z P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) PARIS, July 13. France has started manufacturing a new and improved atomic bomb, the French Atomic Energy Commission announced yesterday. The bomb has a nuclear explosive device considerably superior to its predecessor, the commission’s annual report said. The new bomb is destined for France’s nuclear strike force of Mirage IV supersonic bombers.
