President Ho Chi Minh of North Vietnam, has said that his country’s posiiton on ending the Vietnam war meets the interests of the American people and the United States’ honour, the Soviet news agency, Tass, said yesterday. Tass published in English this morning details of an interview by a “Pravda” correspondent with the North Vietnamese leaders at a date not specified.
