BERMUDA POPULAR
Influx Of Cricketers BERMUDA, June 20. Bermuda has become such a popular spot for visiting cricketers—the West Indies team arrives for a two-week stay on July 1, and the New Zealanders are to spend six days here following their test series in England—that the Bermuda Cricket Board of Control had to turn down an attempt by the British Guiana Board of Control to send a team to the island in August. The “full house” sign has also gone up for the suggested return visit at the end of the season by either the Yorkshire County Cricket Club or an all-star team led by Brian Close.
