TOKYO, June 21
Japan announced it has postponed sending its delegation to the Algiers Afro-Asian conference because of the political situation.
Malawi has decided not to go to Algiers for the conference, the High Commissioner, Mr N. W. Mbekeani, announced in London today. Britain recognises the new Algerian Government. said a British Foreign Office spokesman.
