SHOT HIS PARENTS
Boy Wanted The Car (N.Z. Press Assn. —Copyright) ADELAIDE, May 27. An 18-year-old farmhand admitted shooting his parents so that he could have his father's car for his own use, police said in Mount Gambier Court, in south-eastern Australia. John Arthur Oppatt appeared in the court on two murder counts.
He was charged that last Saturday at Pleasant Park he murdered Alma Beatrice Oppatt and Lloyd Arthur Oppatt. Oppatt was remanded to June 9. There was no application for bail.
