Supreme Court Amount Allowed As Set-Off Varied

Mr Justice Wilson in the Supreme Court yesterday allowed the appeal of Julian Kenneth Wooldridge, trading as Drainage-Concrete Contractors of Christchurch (Mr C. R. Harman) against a decision in the Magistrate’s Court on March 31. After the fourth and final Lower Court hearing of a dispute the Magistrate allowed Wooldridge the amount of £4OB 18s he had claimed as money owing for carrying out a sub-contract for A.
