NUTT AND MUDDLE

Nutt and Muddle Holdings. Ltd., Sydney maker of poker machines, expects to pay annual dividends of not less than 15 per cent, according to its prospectus for a public share issue.
The prospectus is for the sale of 1,400,000 ordinary 2s shares at 5s 3d (Aust.) each, plus 2d brokerage and stamp duty.
The company makes the “Silver Jubilee” model poker machine for sale both in Australia and overseas.
Directors say the shares will be sold by family interests, and represent 35 per cent of the company’s paid capital of £400,000.
The shares will be listed on the Sydney and Melbourne Stock Exchanges. Directors are Messrs J. H. Peoples (chairman), B. S. Muddle, J. W. Muddle and K. G. Nutt.
The sale is being underwritten by Mullens and Company, members of the Sydney Stock Exchange.
