DOUBLE TAX AGREEMENT

The now expired double tax agreement between Britain and New Zealand was discussed today with the British Secretary of State for Commonwealth Affairs (Mr Arthur Bottomley), but no date had been set for negotiations, the Prime Minister (Mr Holyoake) said tonight. Mr Bottomley had given an undertaking to take up the matter with the Chancellor of the Exchequer at an early date.
