Wade, who scored eight points from 11 games in the 11-day congress, defeated N Littlewood. Of Sheffield, after 6hr 45min. Wade previously won the championship in 1957 and 1958. The main event, the Stevenson Memorial tournament, was won by the Belgian. Count Alberic O'Kelly de Galway.
