FUBlie NOTICES AIR SERVICES LICENSING ACT. 1951 (1) NOTICE Is hereby given that on or after May 10. 1964, the Licensing Authority will, pursuant to section 26 of the Air Services Licensing Act, 1951. consider applications by SOUTH PACIFIC AIRLINES OF NEW ZEALAND. P.O. Box 1670, Auckland, to amend the scheduled fares authorised by Air Service Licence No. 282 as follows: (a) Otago Winter Concessions. A return fare of £4 10s to be applied to two way journeys between any of the following airports: Oamaru - Alexandra - Gore - Invercargill. Return journey not to be refundable once first part of journey has been taken. Concession fare to be valid from May 1 to December 17, 1965. (b) As abovementioned but a return fare of £7 10s between Timaru - Alexandra - Gore airfields. (c) To apply the Company’s T.P.F. reduced economy fares between Auckland ■ Christchurch, Wellington - Christchurch or Wellington - Auckland to form part of the same day through journey fare when passengers are booked past these terminals. (2) Any objectors to this application are required to advise the Licensing Authority in writing and set out the grounds of objection. (3) The Authority may or may not decide to determine the application without the hearing of evidence, or by reason of the matters involved in the application or of objections thereto, may decide to adjourn the application for public hearing, in which event further notice will be given.
