W.R.C. Secretary Coing Overseas

' (N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON. The secretary of the Wellington Racing Club, Mr H. W. Meyer, will leave next Thursday on a two-month visit to England and the United States to study racing administration. In England he will join the W.R.C. president, Mr R. A. Whyte. Mr Meyer will attend the annual convention of the National Association of State Racing Commissioners in New York. Special studies on the tour will be totalisator security, promotion of race meeting attendances and methods of dispensing food and drink at racecourses.
