Don't miss these bargains at Fisher’s Bonkshop, 564 Colombo st. 5861 UNDER THE SHOPS AND OFFICES ACT, 1955 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR ORDER OF PARTIAL EXEMPTION FROM CLOSING PROVISIONS WE, JAMES HARDCASTLE and ANNIE MARY HARDCASTLE, occupiers of a shop situated at 320 A Estuary road, Christchurch, shall apply to the Shops and Offices Exemption Tribunal sitting at Magistrate's Court No 3 at Christchurch on Monday the thirty-first day of May. 1965, at 11 o'clock in the forenoon for an order granting exemptions from sections 3 and 5 of the Shops and Offices Act. 1955. The exemption sought is one permitting the sale of soaps and soap powders, toothpastes, indigestion powders, razor blades and jams, and all other groceries from 8.30 am. to 9 p.m. on Saturdays. The grounds of the application are that the exemption is a desirable one providing service to the public at reasonable times having regard to the shop's situation to Jelllcoe Park camping ground, the applicants' premises being the store closest to this park.
