Mr Justice Wilson, in the Supreme Court yesterday, granted David John Caldwell (Mr G. S. Brockett) a decree nisi in divorce.
His Honour at the conclusion of the defended action found that Caldwell’s wife. Dawn Eve Caldwell (Mr A. Hearn), had committed adultery with Derek Charles Looke Baker (Mr W. F. Brown) at 18 Philpotts road on May 23, 1963. Both the respondent and co-respondent had denied the allegation of adultery.
