With a paid-up capital (after the recent increase) of £13.4m, shareholders’ funds at £17.6m and assets at £29.4m, New Zealand Forest Products, Ltd., is the largest company in New Zealand and the largest forest utilisation concern in the Southern Hemisphere.

Annual production is now 80,000,000 board feet of sawn timber, 100,000,000 square feet of wallboard, 100,000 tons of pulp, 113,000 tons of paper board, kraft paper and printing and writing paper, 30,000,000 multiwall bags, and 50,000,000 square feet of veneer.
