(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) LONDON, April 28. The Cabinet today finally approved the details and terms of the plan to renationalise the major part of the nation’s steel industry. Some 85 per cent of Britain’s entire steel producing capacity—2s,7oo,ooo tons last year—is expected to be taken over by the government in fulfilment of their election pledge to renationalise the industry.
