Efficiency Feature Of Electric Radiators

If you are one of those who think of electric radiators in terms of any equipment more than four years old, one of the first things you should do is examine the new radiators now on sale. They are more efficient, more attractive, more easily operated and more economical than any electric radiators of previous years. Most radiators are also safer than before. Should a small child himself touch, or touch with a conductor, the radiant bars, he could not receive an electric shock because the elements are enclosed in a glass-like insulator. In spite of the safety which the new radiators promise, many of the older types, mainly those driven by fans, still have a ready sale. The fan-heater is popular among parents of small children because the radiant surface is not easily touched by small fingers. The fan-heater finds favour for the speed with which it works. But radiant and fan heaters are by no means the only way to apply electricity to heating a house. Electric under-carpet and underfloor heating is becoming increasingly popular in more costly homes.
