Press Association) AUCKLAND, April 1. 1 Tsering Topgyal, the 12Tibetan boy who has Been flown from India for a Heart operation at Green fene Hospital, remains perfectly happy with his new friends in his ward as specialists continue to gather inforflation on his condition. ■ No decision has been made on the operation.
