MOULDED PR. DIVIDEND
Steady Payout Of 14 p.c. (N.Z. Press Assn.—Copyright) MELBOURNE, April 1. Dividend of Moulded Products (Australasia), Australia’s biggest plastics group, is being maintained at 14 per cent after earlier news that profit in the year to December rose by nearly 40 per cent. Final ordinary dividend of 8 per cent will be paid on May 28. Profit for the year, announced in February, rose from £385,323 to £537,562 an increase of nearly 40 per cent.
Since then the company has announced a three-for-ten bonus issue, to be followed by a one-for-four par issue. Directors have indicated dividend of 10 per cent on ordinary capital, which will rise from £2,366,943 to £4,446,899.
