"Most Dowdy In World”
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, April 1. The official offices of the New Zealand Rugby Union were described by the chairman (Mr T. C. Morrison) at today's annual meeting as “surely the most dowdy in the world."
Warning delegates that the union must face up to a big expenditure in this respect in the very near future, Mr Morrison said the secretary, Mr G. H. Geddes, must always feel embarrassed when acting host to overseas officials and visitors in the present offices.
