S. A. Smith.—S. A. Smith and Company, Ltd- Auckland, wholesaler of chemists’ sundries, pharmaceutical, toilet, and fancy goods, will pay a final dividend of 6 2-3 per eent, payable April 13, ex dividend about April 1. Unaudited preliminary accounts reveal a net profit increase of 14 per cent.—(P.A.)
