Boy Of 14 Wounded
(N.Z. Press Association) DANNEVIRKE, Feb. 22. The 14-year-old boy, Kelvin Scott, of 3 Alexandra street, who was rushed to the Dannevirke Hospital with a serious gunshot wound soon after mid-day on Saturday, was reported today to be in a satisfactory condition. The boy was shot while walking with a companion in a pine plantation at Oringi at noon.
A .22-calibre bullet entered behind his left armpit, missing vital organs.
