Soccer Club To Form Company
(N.Z. Press Association) AUCKLAND, Feb. 22. The annual meeting of the North Shore Soccer Club unanimously decided tonight to convert the club into a limited liability company. The meeting set up a committee of three to consult with the club solicitor and recommend the notice of motion required to convert the club into a company. The newly-elected president, Mr C. H. Cockerill, said that part-time professional football had already proved successful in South Africa and Australia, and it must come to New Zealand.
