The said scheme pro vides that after payment of the costs of the proceedings the balance with any accrued Interest thereon be applied by the North Canterbury Hospital Board for general work in radio-therapy research or to wards the purchase of radio therapy apparatus for use in hospitals under the jurisdiction of the said Board.
