NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 36 of the Charitable Trusts Act, 1957, that the North Canterbury Hospital Board has applied to the Sup reme Court at Christchurch for approval of a scheme for dis position of certain Trusts Funds amounting to approximately £2250. The said scheme pro vides that after payment of the costs of the proceedings the balance with any accrued Interest thereon be applied by the North Canterbury Hospital Board for general work in radio-therapy research or to wards the purchase of radio therapy apparatus for use in hospitals under the jurisdiction of the said Board. A copy of the said scheme has been de | posited in, and may be in ; spected at, the Registry Office of the Supreme Court at Christ church. It is proposed that the| application for approval be heard at Christchurch on Wed nesday, the 7th day of April. 1965, at 10 a.m. Any person desiring to oppose the said scheme is required to give writ ten notice of his intention to do so to the Registrar of the said Court and to the North Canter bury Hospital Board and to the Attorney-General not less than seven clear days before the date proposed for hearing of the application.
