S.A. War Veterans Elect Officers

Sixty-three veterans attended the annual reunion of the South African War Veterans’ Association of New Zealand, held at Cambridge last week-end. The oldest member present was Mr P. Bates, of Nelson, who is 90. The following officers were elected: Patron, the Gov-ernor-General (Sir Bernard Fergusson); president, Mr F. Wilkinson (Auckland); senior vice-president, Mr S.
