ROYAL VISIT TO SUDAN
Reassurance On Safety (N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) LONDON, Dec. 25. Mr Mohammed Ahmed Mahgoub, the Sudanese Foreign Minister, said in London on Wednesday that Queen Elizabeth would be in no danger when she payed a State visit to the Sudan next February. “She will receive all the hospitality we can afford her. Anyone who knows the Sudan will know that no Sudanese would lift a finger against any lady, let alone the Queen of England. In recent disturbances in the Sudan there have been some incidents involving demonstrators outside some embassies, including the British, in Khartoum.
