Arrived By Flying-Boat
(N.Z. Press Association) WHANGAREL Dec. 23. The Governor-General (Sir Bernard Fergusson) and Lady Fergusson arrived by R.N.Z.A.F. Sunderland flying-boat off Russell at 5.30 p.m. yesterday to attend the Samuel Marsden 150th anniversary services at Oihi Bay on Christmas Day. The vice-regal couple were taken by launch to Paihia where they will be staying over a period of four weeks on a private holiday.
