Lamb Breakfast Patties win make a change tor breakfast, especially for those who like a good meal to start off the day. You will need: lib minced lamb soz minced pork Pinch salt and pepper i teaspoon of powdered marjoram i teaspoon of powdered thyme 1 teaspoon of powdered sage
Method: If you have the dried herbs, which are the most popular type, just rub them between your figers. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl, cover with greaseproof paper and chill in fridge, preferably overnight Shape the patties into a flat shape, approximately half an inch thick. Fry in a frying pan in hot fat until thoroughly cooked, remembering you have pork in the mixture and this must be well cooked.
